The former U.S. Ambassador to Georgia, John R. Bass, is one step closer to becoming the next U.S. Ambassador to Turkey. Today, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (SFRC) announced that his nomination hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 15 at 10 AM.
