A Town Hall Meeting with US Ambassador to Armenia Ambassador Richard Mills in New York City

Tonight, the Eastern Diocese will host a town hall meeting with the current United States Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia Ambassador Richard Mills, Jr. The event will begin at 7:00 PM in the Haik and Alice Kavookjian Auditorium. 

The town hall is free and open to the public.

Ambassador Mills will be visiting the area as part of a general effort to get to connect with the Armenian American community. Parishioners in the New York metropolitan area are encouraged to attend. 

The Diocese is hosting the gathering, with the participation of a number of Armenian organizations including:

  • Armenian General Benevolent Union
  • Armenia Fund USA
  • Knights of Vartan
  • Children of Armenia Fund
  • Armenian Students Association
  • Tekeyan Cultural Association
  • Armenian American Health Professional Organization
  • Armenian Engineers & Scientists of America
  • Constantinople Armenian Relief Society
  • Armenian Assembly of America
  • Armenian National Committee of America
  • Hamazkayin Armenian Educational & Cultural Society
