Assembly PSA: Vote Today!

The following is a Public Service Announcement from the Armenian Assembly of America:

The Armenian Assembly of America (Assembly) encourages all Americans of Armenian descent to fulfill your patriotic duty and exercise your right to vote, today, November 5, 2013.

In addition to the marquee elections for New Jersey Governor, Virginia Governor, Boston Mayor, Detroit Mayor and New York City Mayor, there are several municipal elections taking place today across the United States. For a list of important races, please see here

America is a country founded on values respecting life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. For over two centuries men and women of this great nation have laid down their lives simply to defend our freedom and to ensure that all Americans enjoy the right to participate in the democratic process. In addition, as Americans of Armenian descent, history has taught us the perils of abstaining from the political process and the consequences of following blindly. Therefore, the Assembly encourages all Armenian-Americans to exercise your right to vote!

Sincerely,

Bryan Ardouny

Executive Director
